TYPES OF ALLOWED BAGS
1. Clear Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC Bags:
Maximum size allowed is 12" x 6" × 12"
The bag must be completely clear; no tinted or patterned bags are allowed.
2. One-Gallon Clear Resealable Plastic Bags:
Similar to a Ziploc bag.
3. Small Clutch Bags:
No larger than 4.5" x 6.5".
These do not need to be clear but can be subject to inspection.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Backpacks, purses, and bags that are not clear and do not fit within the size restrictions.
Diaper bags (exceptions if the baby is present, subject to inspection).
Camera bags, binocular cases, and fanny packs unless they comply with the size and transparency requirements.

EXCEPTIONS
Medical bags are allowed but must be inspected and tagged by security personnel at the gate. 

BEST PRACTICES FOR COMPLIANCE
Prepare for Inspection: Have your bag ready for inspection by security personnel to speed up the entry process.
Minimize What You Bring: Bring only essentials to reduce inspection time and enhance your event experience.

By adhering to these guidelines, attendees can ensure a smoother and quicker entry process while enhancing overall security at the event.

IGN Live 2026 welcomes attendees of all abilities and works to be a fully accessible event for everyone. Accommodations offered this year include, but are not limited to:
· ADA-compliant accommodations at the Event venue, such as handicapped parking, accessible ramps for venue access, elevators and bathroom facilities;
· Dedicated seating for disabled guests/spaces for ADA/wheelchair seating;
· ADA/wheelchair access to gaming stations and other activations and booths;
· Captioning at all large panels and events, which are held at the Main Stage, Spotlight Stage and IGN Theater areas of the venue; and
· A dedicated Accessible Check-In line for a faster check in
